Towards sustainable social care

To help contributors to add posts to the blog I am adding some video tutorials:

• Some of these will come from the brilliant wordpress TV
• Some of these I will make using covering things you can do using Sustainable Lives as it develops.

First of all how about signing in and out, this is important if you want to view any of the private information available to group members, or you want to access the blog dashboard so you can add a post.
